Mango Kale Green Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of almond/oat milk
1 medium frozen banana
2 big kale leaves, stems removed
1/2 to 1 cup diced mango, frozen
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder, optional
Handful of ice
In a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk, banana, kale, mango, ginger, and matcha, if using.
Blend until creamy. Add a handful of ice and blend again.
