Roasted Cauliflower with Cumin and Coriander Recipe
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 450˚F.
In a mixing bowl combine the cauliflower, olive oil, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt and mix until evenly coated.
Place seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet with aluminum foil and roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
