Ingredients - head of broccoli -1 large egg -about 1 cup of panko crumbs (use to your desired level of breaded-ness) - 1/3 of flour -garlic powder (optional) -chilli powder (optional) -salt and pepper -olive oil Instructions -preheat your oven to 375 degrees -cut your head of broccoli into bite sized florets -wash and thoroughly dry your broccoli florets -put your flour in a bowl, and your panko crumbs into another bowl -add your seasoning to the panko crumbs and mix -prepare your egg wash by cracking your egg into a third bowl and whisking it together -to bread your florets: coat in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in panko crumbs. Place each breaded floret onto an oiled baking sheet. -Once all your florets are breaded, drizzle each lightly with oil and then bake for about 10 minutes at 375.
