Bonnie's Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup of whole wheat/all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of cooking oil
1 cup of frozen/fresh Nova Scotia wild blueberries
Directions
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl combine the egg, milk, and cooking oil. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
Once mixed, add the blueberries.
Pour batter into a muffin sheet, then cook at 400 degrees F for 20-25minutes.
