Garlic Harvesting Locally

This is possibly one of the most stressful times of the year; Garlic Harvest invariably always falls in the middle of about 100 personal projects. It's a lot of repetitive work to peel clean and clip 3-5ooo garlic, and takes a crew of stress free story tellers! It usually takes about a week for 3 good peelers to prepare the garlic for curing and inevitably everyone looks like this at the end! This pic is in 2019 after one day of peeling from a couple of pros, Gyumbo Noh, Cousin Declan, and brother Flair Martin.
