Yellow or Orange Sweet Pepper
Orange or Red Cherry Tomatoes

Thinly slice all ingredients into serving bowl except the lettuce. Amounts can vary depending on the size of salad.
Add the dressing. The olive oil:Vinegar mix ratio is 3:1 (ex: 3 Tablespoons oil, 1 Tablespoon vinegar)
Just before serving, add pieces of lettuce and toss, moistening the lettuce. Add fresh ground pepper.
Note: Of these 3 types of lettuce, Buttercrunch is the most delicate and should be eaten first.
Romaine is fresh for at least 5 days if stored in the crisper section of the refrigerator.
Salanova lettuce mix is good after being stored 3-5 days.
